Every original artwork by Ann Rabinowitz is handled with care and attention from the moment it is completed to the moment it reaches its new home. Whether you choose to collect your piece in person or have it delivered, we are committed to providing a secure, professional, and transparent process every step of the way.
Ann recognises the emotional and financial value of original art. Each painting is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure that the textures, surfaces, and details are fully protected during transport. We work with reliable couriers and coordinate closely with you to make sure your artwork arrives safely and in excellent condition.
From the final varnish to the inclusion of a signed Certificate of Authenticity, every element of the process is managed with precision and care. Our aim is to make the experience of receiving your artwork feel as thoughtful and meaningful as the artwork itself.
Nationwide Shipping
Shipping is arranged only after full payment for the artwork has been received. This ensures that the piece is ready for dispatch and that all final details have been confirmed. Because each artwork is unique in size and weight, shipping costs are not included in the initial artwork’s price. Once the painting is complete, we will take accurate measurements and obtain a delivery quote based on the final dimensions, packaging requirements, and delivery location.
The shipping fee is then shared with you for approval. Once confirmed, payment for the courier service and additional services, such as insurance, if needed is made directly to Ann who will arrange directly with courier.
Local Collection
Collections are available strictly by appointment to ensure that your visit is planned, unrushed, and that your artwork is prepared and ready for handover. Once the final payment has been received and the artwork is fully complete, we will get in touch to schedule a suitable collection time.
Visiting the studio also provides an opportunity to view the piece in its intended setting, appreciate the textures and finishes in person, and receive your Certificate of Authenticity at the same time. If you prefer a direct, hands-on experience with your new artwork, this option is ideal. Please note that walk-ins are not permitted. All collections must be arranged in advance for security and preparation purposes.
